Crime Report for 25/26 July 2019:

Sector One.
1)Malicious Damage Melodie plots. Victim’s boyfriend damaged household goods and subsequently arrested.
2)Burglary Residential Meintjies St Schoemansville. Tv, laptop and charger stolen.
3)Burglary Residential Flats Kleinste St Ifafi. Watch, cellphone, computer and tablet stolen.
4) Theft General Sunway. Garden chairs stolen.
5) Theft of motor vehicle GHS Marais St, Schoemansville. White Toyota Etios Cross stolen.
6) Theft of motor vehicle Scott St in front of Police Staion. Blue VW Golf mk1 stolen.

Sector Two.
1) Contravention of Water Act estate Broederstroom. Local authority has not maintained sewerage works resulting in spillage of raw sewerage.

Sector Three.
No cases reported.

General Comment on crime trends.
Once again two vehicles were stolen last night, a Toyota Etios at the primary school in Marais St and a VW Golf in Scott St in front of Police Station.
This brings the total to 20 vehicles stolen since the 7th of June 2019. The overwhelming majority of cars have been stolen in Schoemansville.
