Special Report on COVID-19 regarding CPF meetings and engagements:
The Secretary General of National CPFs has directed that all CPF and sub-structure meetings whether public or committee meetings will cancelled until the end of April 2020 or thereafter as prescribed by the President of RSA in order to control the spread of COVID-19 virus.

A special meeting was convened by the Hartbeespoortdam CPF on Thursday 8 January 2014 at the Kuierkerk, Xanadu X-ing to discuss the recent spate of violent crimes in the area. The meeting was attended by, among others, hundreds of concerned community members,SAPS and CPF representatives, elected councilors as well as officials from Home Affairs. Issues that were discussed include police statistics and crime trends for the area, the way forward as well as problems experienced by residents regarding the SAPS’ response times and feedback on cases.
‘n Spesiale gemeenskapsvergadering is op 8 Januarie 2014 by die Kuierkerk, Xanadu X-ing byeen geroep om die onlangse vlaag geweldsmisdade in die omgewing te bespreek. Die vergadering is deur honderde bekommerde gemeenskapslede, verteenwoordigers van die GPF en SAPD, verkose raadslede sowel as beamptes van Binnelandse Sake bygewoon. Van die kwessies wat bespreek is sluit in die polisiestatistiek en misdaadtendense vir die gebied, aksieplanne, sowel as probleme wat gemeenskapslede ondervind met betrekking to reaksietyd en terugvoer van SAPD oor sake.
